A good example of the Institute’s new spaces for economic activity, compatible with their surroundings and encouraging the green, circular environment, is located in Palau-solità i Plegamans. The SUD-10 Industrial Llevant and PAU-24 Can Planes sectors are right next to Parc de Gallecs, a green space of immense ecological and social value managed by INCASÒL. These are the last spaces for economic activity pending development in an area that is very valuable socially, environmentally and economically, nestled between Riera de Caldes, the C-59 motorway, Palau-solità i Plegamans and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
